Implementación de un sistema de control de inventarios a la ferretería “su centro ferretero” ubicada en la avenida General Miguel Iturralde de la ciudad de Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi

The present investigation was performed based on needs that "Su Centro Ferretero" had on hardware store maintaining adequate inventory control, by lack of knowledge quantitative and qualitative physical existence of the available merchandise, it was used as the survey data collection instruments, the interview and an observation sheet facilitated detects the causes of these shortcomings in the inventories management, for this reason establishes a methodology to carry out the physical taking of existing materials. Once performed the physical inventory and update the information on Fenix accounting system, next process is to create the respective functions manual detailing the activities of all employees including the manager, to the management and inventory control to be effective, at the same time will help safety the resources of the hardware store; in addition, nothing would serve as methodology to the physical inventory count….La presente investigación fue realizada en base a un análisis de las necesidades que tenía la Ferretería “Su Centro Ferretero” de mantener un control adecuado de los inventarios de mercadería debido al desconocimiento de su existencia física y contable, en el cual se utilizó instrumentos para la recolección de información como la encuesta, la entrevista y una ficha de observación que permitieron detectar las falencias en el manejo de los inventarios, y por ende se establece una metodología idónea para llevar acabo la toma física de los materiales existentes. Luego de realizar el inventario físico a la sección 1 y actualizar su información en el sistema contable Fénix, se procede a crear el respectivo manual para el manejo de inventarios donde se detallan las actividades de cada uno de los empleados incluyendo al propietario para que el proceso de control del inventario sea efectivo…
